Guest Access

You will have exclusive access to the entire condo as well as off-street parking for up to 2 vehicles but you can easily enjoy all that Park City has to offer without a vehicle. Self check-in with a smart door lock allows for ultimate flexibility to arrive on your own time. From the heart of Old Town Park City you'll be in the middle of everything: ➤ Main Street (walkable): Restaurants, bars, shops, galleries, nightlife, and more ➤ Outdoor Play: Park City Mountain Resort Quit 'N Time run (steps away), Park City Mountain Resort Town Lift, Deer Valley Resort, Soldier Hollow (21 miles) ➤ Things to Do & See: Park City Museum (steps away), Utah Olympic Park (8.3 miles), Alf Engen Ski Museum (8.3 miles), Temple Square (34.9 miles) ➤ Airport: Salt Lake City International Airport (37 miles) ⚠️ Ski/snowboard early season? Walking to Park City Mountain requires the Quit 'N Time run and Town Lift to be open, providing access for all of Old Town. For the '22/'23 season, they opened December 9th but depending on snow, it could be later or earlier. (The '22/'23 season was a record-setting snow season with lots of early season snowfall.) If access via Quit 'N Time + Town Lift isn't available, the Mountain Village base can be reached by free bus or ~5 minute drive.

A wonderful place to stay when in Park City! The location could not have been better, everything was walkable and convenient. The condo is just as described and exactly like the photos. Super comfortable beds and the linens all seemed brand new. The kitchen has everything you need and was very well appointed. Washer/dryer looked brand new. Overall the place is spotless. We enjoyed the balcony too. I really appreciated the host Austin’s communication. He was very friendly and helpful and was willing to work with us on early check in/late check out. We’d love to come back.

My wife and I stayed here for a long ski weekend without kids. It was very nice - super close to the stairs to get onto quittin time and ski down to town lift. The condo was very clean and comfortable - I would definitely stay here again.

I’m so so so happy I booked here. It was perfect for my family. My husband loved that he could get to the slopes with a short walk and I loved that we could easily walk down the stairs to Main Street. Austin keeps the place stocked with just about anything you could need, my 3 year old loved playing with the bath toys we found under the sink! We got in late and were sooooo thankful for the water purifier so we had water to drink that night. Austin was also so helpful and you could tell he wanted to make sure we were happy. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat, it was just so convenient for us and truly felt like home.

Absolutely fantastic stay. Prime location, quick 5ish minute walk to Main St and to the bus that takes you straight to the mountain. Austin was incredibly responsive and thoughtful. Would stay here again without hesitation!

We couldn't ask for a more convenient location in downtown Park City! The kitchen was well-stocked and our group felt right at home playing board games and watching shows in the evenings. Very cozy.

Wonderful stay in Park City! Home was clean and spacious. We had all that we needed and more. Austin was extremely thoughtful and responsive. We felt right at home and enjoyed the deck space overlooking Main Street. Great spot to venture off from. Highly recommend and hope to return in the future!

Austin’s place was the perfect spot for my long weekend fly fishing in Park City. The location was amazing with a short walk down the stairs to Main St restaurants and shopping. The space was super clean and comfortable and the deck was the perfect place to sit and enjoy the view. Austin was a great host. I will definitely book again.

This was my 2nd time staying at Austin's place. It felt just like home. Tons of amenities in the house. Thoughtful gifts from Austin. Perfect location. Sitting in the sun on the balcony in the morning was relaxing. Easy instructions and great communication. Very comfortable beds. I look forward to visiting again!

Austin’s place was even better than described …. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you need. We frequent Park City and this location was amazing- walk to everything Main St has to offer in minutes as well as minutes from great hiking trails. His communication was fantastic, very flexible and will be back again!

Find Us

Off-street parking for two vehicles is available at the condo. Vans or other vehicles up to 350" long will fit in the parking lot. It's very centrally located, however, so you can get most places by foot. The complimentary Park City bus system is also quite extensive and will bring you to neighboring Deer Valley to ski and as far as Kimball Junction.
