Unfortunately access to other HOA amenities such as the golf course, swimming pool, and restaurants are not available for short-term rental guests.

You will have exclusive access to the home as well as the garage, which has space for 2 vehicles (2 additional parking spots in the driveway). Self check-in with a smart lock allows for ultimate flexibility to arrive on your own time. During the winter months, a free shuttle is available to take up to 6 people to/from either Park City Mountain's Mountain Village or Deer Valley Resort's Silver Lake Lodge. You will also have access to the Promontory tubing hill which has a surface conveyor belt to bring you up the hill for some thrills. In the warmer months, you can access the miles and miles of hiking and biking trails within Promontory, easily accessed from the house. Access to other HOA amenities, such as the golf course, swimming pool/beach club, and restaurants, is unfortunately not available to short-term rental guests. Centrally located off I-80, you’re just a hop from Kimball Junction, Park City, Heber City, Midway, and world famous skiing, hiking, biking, and fishing.
