Austin’s place is a gem! It is so close to Main Street shops and restaurants and has all the amenities you’d ever want during your stay. Austin is a great host and was very responsive. We would be very happy to stay here again!

Fantastic location steps to everything on Main Street and Park City Mountain with great views from the deck to relax, grill, and look out at leaves changing over Old Town. Newly renovated space that was very comfortable for all of us, 2 showers was a plus. Speedy WiFi that allowed for work and multiple people streaming without hiccups. Everything was great. We didn't want to leave :/

This was my second stay in Austin's condo and I'm glad it was avaialbe again. Austin is a teriffic host. He communicated prior to, during, and after my stay. The condo is in a perfect locaiton. It's a short walk to main street shops and restaurants and the perfectly situated for side trips to excellent fishing and hiking spots. The condo is very comfortable and had everyting I needed to work, cook, or just relax and enjoy the surroundings. I hope to stay again next year.

Austin is one of the best hosts we’ve ever encountered. He was so warm and welcoming, proactively communicating with us ahead of our stay and quite responsive if we had any questions. The stay itself was wonderful. Very spacious, beautifully decorated house in a picturesque gated community, just a few miles outside of Park City. I would highly recommend this house and our host Austin.

We had a great stay in Park City! Austin’s place was modern, comfortable, and clean….it is a great location- just a 1 minute walk to Main Street. And Austin was a fantastic host who went above and beyond to make sure our trip was a great one.

We had an amazing stay at this Deer Valley home, it was the perfect mountain getaway. The house itself is beautiful, super clean, and really comfortable, but the best part might be its mountain location. We were able to hike and bike right from the door, which made it so easy to enjoy the trails without any driving or planning. After a day outside, it was such a treat to come back, kick back by the fireplace, soak in the hot tub, and enjoy the peace and quiet up in Deer Valley. The kitchen was well-stocked, the beds were super comfy, and everything felt really thoughtfully set up. The host was responsive and proactive, made everything super easy for us. We’d definitely come back – spring here in Deer Valley is our favorite time of year.

We had a wonderful stay – truly couldn’t have asked for more. The home is beautiful and luxurious in a way that feels intentional but never over-the-top. The design is clean and modern, yet still warm and welcoming. We kept noticing thoughtful details, from the lighting and materials to how naturally the spaces flowed for our large group. The kitchen quickly became our main gathering spot, and we spent most of our downtime there and in the great room. The beds were super comfortable, and everything was spotless. Best of all the house felt like a real home, not just a rental. If you care about good design and want a peaceful, well-crafted space, you’ll feel right at home here. Austin was also a phenomenal host – proactive, thoughtful, and a great communicator. We’d love to stay again and hope to come back next winter.

Austin was extremely attentive. We booked a few months out and he was constantly responsive with my questions. We had minor hiccups, but everything was fixed within a few hours. The day or time did not matter with reaching out with questions to Austin! He was a superb host!

This home was such a gem for our trip to Park City. The layout worked really well for our group. We could hang out together in the main living area but also had plenty of privacy when we wanted downtime. The kitchen, bar/counter, and great room were great to hang out while cooking meals. The WiFi was really fast, which made it easy to hop on Zoom calls and stream movies without any issue. Being so close to Deer Valley run made the mornings easy, and we loved winding down by the fire (and in the hot tub!) after a day out. The place felt really comfortable with little touches that made a big difference. We’d absolutely stay here again!
