Austin was PHENOMENAL. He made our stay easy and super enjoyable. When I had questions, he was immediately responsive & helpful. No one else could have done a better job than Austin. The house was REMARKABLE. I’ve been staying in Deer Valley my entire life & this property did not let me down. Ski in & out off a peaceful run… Easy location to Main Street… Anywhere we went was within 5 minutes. We will ABSOLUTELY be back!! Thanks Austin for everything! -The Donelson’s

The condo was clean and nicely decorated, with an amazing location. Steps away from the heart of main street, and less than 10 min walk to town chair. At the same time, the location was quiet and peaceful. Parking was also easy, even with lots of new snow. The host was proactive in communicating, and very responsive when I had requests or questions. I would definitely recommend this home and would stay again.

We absolutely loved our stay for a week at Austin’s place. He was extremely communicative, helpful, and the house looked exactly as it appeared online. Check in and check out were very simple and all the beds and rooms were comfortable and homey. We’d stay here again anytime we come back to park city hands down.

The airbnb was nothing but spectacular - beautiful views, well stocked (and massive) kitchen, and comfortable shared spaces. This place is perfect for large groups who still want have experiences together. Also, the hosts were incredibly kind and responsive. I'd highly recommend this place and would be happy to return.

My colleagues and I rented out Austin's place for Sundance and had an absolutely amazing stay. I've been coming to Sundance for 25+ years and this has by far been the best spot. Beautiful, great location, incredibly clean, and all around just a perfect experience. Austin was an incredible host – extremely communicative, kind, and accommodating. We really enjoyed our stay in Park City! The home is beautiful and is in walking distance to town and plenty of restaurants. Austin was a great host, he was friendly and responsive to all of our questions. Highly recommend staying here if you have a big group.

This house is a dream for a group ski trip. You can walk anywhere in Park City, even town lift. The house is so thoughtfully appointed and Austin is so helpful and communicative. After a long day on the slopes it is the simply the best to grill, hot tub, or just look over Park City on the front balcony. 10/10 would stay again.
